House Rules
1) Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please keep voices and music low, especially on the balcony where sound carries.
2) Check-out Time: 11:00am sharp so our cleaning team can prepare for the next guests.
3) No Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vape pens, inside the unit or on the balcony.
4) Pets: Only pre-approved pets are allowed. If you haven’t registered your pet, please contact us to add them to your reservation.
5) Parking: One driveway spot per unit (except for Del Mar D and Capo 6). Please park only in the driveway labeled with your unit number. Free overnight street parking is limited—always check street sweeping and parking signs.
6) Your reservation must reflect the correct guest count; fees apply for extra guests beyond 3.
7) Small gatherings are allowed, but the total number of people at the property may not exceed the number on the reservation + 4 additional visitors.
8) No large parties or events are allowed (without prior written approval).
9) Balcony Safety: Do not leave children unattended on the balcony at any time.
10) Plumbing: Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products; they will clog the plumbing.
11) Report Issues: Please report any damage, spills, or maintenance needs promptly so we can address them right away.
