The private back yard has a hot tub, fire pit and a ping pong table that doubles as a dining table that seats 10!
The Master Bed Room has a California King bed with plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items. It also has black-out curtains so you can sleep in if you choose.
The bedroom also has a 50" TV if you prefer to binge-watch Netflix in bed :)
The master bath is large and comfortable with plenty of storage for you things but also fluffy towels. The shower is large enough for two and even has two shower heads :)
There is also a private washer and dryer in the closet of the master bedroom. There is also a community laundry room (shared with two other units that have their own W/D) with an additional high capacity washer and dryer available for use.
Our second bedroom has a queen bed and a very comfortable memory foam sofabed.
The plush carpet in here also makes this room very comfortable for kids to play. Equipped with 55" TV and a PlayStation.
Our bright and clean hallway bathroom is fully-equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The building has a water softener so the shower feels luxurious. There is also an outdoor shower for use after the beach.
The third bedroom has two queen beds with new premium mattresses. This room also has a TV for late night netflix binges.
Your own private yard is complete with hot tub, fire pit, drink fridge, music system, plenty of outdoor seating and a TV you can pivot to see from anywhere in the yard.

Here is a view of the San Clemente beach from the Pier. This beach is a 5-minute walk (or 2-minute trolley ride) down the hill from the condo. We include a wagon, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for your use :)

This is the park and community center located directly across the street from the condo. The lawn is perfect for picnics with the kids or even some bocce or frisbee. The center itself has classes and programs like yoga, art and dance.

The backyard is private; however, please be aware that our other vacation rental unit has a small balcony above. Occasionally, you may hear guests enjoying their time on that balcony. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
