Del Mar C is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on Avenida Del Mar with its own private yard: a hot tub, a gas fire pit, an outdoor TV, a ping-pong table and room for dogs to play. It's on the ground floor (three steps up to the door) in the middle of the village, a quick walk or free trolley ride to the beach and pier.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a relaxed beachy feel and all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses, premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, Central AC, multiple large-screen TVs, music speakers, softened water for spa-quality showers, filtered drinking water, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Outside, enjoy one of the best private outdoor spaces in the Del Mar building: a private hot tub, gas fire pit, outdoor TV, ping-pong table, generous seating areas, dining space, BBQ grill, and a pet-friendly yard. The backyard is private; however, please be aware that our other vacation rental unit has a small balcony above. Occasionally, you may hear guests enjoying their time on that balcony. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
