Del Mar A is our ocean-view penthouse on Avenida Del Mar, with a private 600 sq ft deck: a hot tub with an ocean view, an outdoor TV you can watch from the tub, a fire pit, foosball and a BBQ. You're in the middle of the village, with cafés, shops and the Sunday farmers market at your door and the pier a short walk down the hill.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
