Sleep soundly on our new premium California king mattress and fine linens. The shades are full blackout so sleep in as late as you'd like in full darkness.
It also has a 55" TV with multiple streaming services too :)
Our bright and clean bathroom is fully-equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The building has a water softener so the shower feels luxurious. There is also an outdoor shower for use after the beach.
Our 2nd bedroom contains two queen beds with premium mattresses, a 55"smart TV with Disney Plus, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as a PlayStation 4 for "down time."

This is the park and community center located directly across the street from the condo. The lawn is perfect for picnics with the kids or even some bocce or frisbee. The center itself has classes and programs like yoga, art and dance.

Here is a view of the San Clemente beach from the Pier. This beach is a 5-minute walk (or 2-minute trolley ride) down the hill from the condo. We include a wagon, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for your use :)

This condo has a dedicated driveway parking spot for one car. If you plan to bring more than one car, overnight street parking is available nearby as shown in green above.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
