Here is a picture of the Murphy Bed up close in the closed position. Just remove the sofa back and seat and easily pull (very easy because of air shocks) on the handles and you are ready for bed :)
Here is a picture of the king-sized sofa murphy bed expanded. This bed is every bit as comfortable as a traditional bed with a premium mattress. This King murphy bed and sleeper ottoman enables this studio to accommodate up to 3 people comfortably.
Here is the murphy bed extended in relation to the rest of the room. This is a STUDIO UNIT (without a separate bedroom) so this is the primary bed (other than sleeper ottoman twin bed)
Living Room also includes a sleeper ottoman that works as coffee table closed and opens to a twin bed enabling this studio to accommodate 3 :)

The kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, and everything you would need to prepare just about any meal.
The open floorplan allows everyone to be together even during meal prep.
We have a dedicated work space desk and also a dining table that seats four.

We also provide a dedicated workspace with a comfortable office chair and 300Mbs redundant internet for working remotely
The bathroom is located down the short hallway next to the fridge
The newly remodeled bathroom is fully equipped with a beautiful tile shower, hairdryer, fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The building also has a water softener so the shower feels luxurious. There are outdoor showers too!
Gorgeous ocean breezes await you on your private balcony. Complete with Gas Grill and an outdoor seating area, your balcony is the perfect place to enjoy meals with friends, happy hour or even some quiet time with a book.
People-watching from afar helps you remember the beach is so close :)
Our condo is pet friendly and even has its own "Dog Park" designed for dogs to feel like they're on vacation too :)
The building also offers two outdoor showers and a changing room for after the beach or as a backup if everyone is getting ready at once (send the boys outside)

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, wetsuits, foam surf boards and boogie boards too.

We provide all of the baby gear you could need including crib, pack n play, toys, baby monitor, high chair, kids tableware and saucer seat so that everyone is comfortable :)
We provide workout gear and the equinox and peloton apps on the TV that have yoga, HIIT and other workout programs.
We are the most pet-friendly rental condos in San Clemente and provide beds, bowls, a small dog park and even a dog crate by request.
Wagons and beach toys too so that the whole family can relax on the beach :)

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
