Here is a picture of the Murphy Bed up close in the closed position. Just remove the sofa back and seat and easily pull (very easy because of air shocks) on the handles and you are ready for bed :)
Here is a picture of the king-sized sofa murphy bed expanded. This bed is every bit as comfortable as a traditional bed with a premium mattress. This King murphy bed enables this one-bedroom loft to accommodate up to four people comfortably.
The living room has lots of natural light and extends out to your private ocean-view balcony perfect for happy hour and bbq's.
We also provide a dedicated workspace with a comfortable office chair and 300Mbs redundant internet for working remotely
Fully remodeled in Aug 2021, the kitchen is fully equipped enough to prepare almost any meal. It also has quartz countertops, new appliances, and a breakfast bar. See the stairs to the loft. Only a 7ft ceiling in there but it's very cozy.
Your dining table is just across from the kitchen island and seats 4 comfortably or you can dine out on the balcony all the same :)
We also provide a blender, Ninja grill / air-fryer, toaster and Keurig coffee machine (including everything you need to make coffee) :)
The newly remodeled bathroom is fully equipped with a beautiful tile shower, hairdryer, fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The building also has a water softener so the shower feels luxurious. There are outdoor showers too!
LOW CEILING LOFT. This bedroom ceiling is 7ft so you will not likely hit your head but it is "cozy." Sleep soundly on our premium queen mattress and fine linens or binge-watch on the 50" TV with over 8 streaming services and 350Mps internet.
The loft is actually quite comfortable as long as you're not over 7 feet tall :) Seriously though, we have had over 150 guests stay here and not one complaint about the ceiling height.
Perfectly located away from the chaos of the pier but a 2-min walk to everything :)
Here is a picture of the exterior of the building. We have added extreme soundproofing so that each suite feels like its own independent villa. Yet, you are right down in the pier bowl steps from the sand. The loft balcony is the bottom right.
Our condo is pet friendly and even has its own "Dog Park" designed for dogs to feel like they're on vacation too :)
The building also offers two outdoor showers and a changing room for after the beach or as a backup if everyone is getting ready at once (send the boys outside)

We provide free bikes of all sizes for family rides down PCH (bike trail) to dana point harbor and around town. Wetsuits too!
