One of our favorite features is the beautiful view over coastal open space—greenery, birds, and a wonderfully peaceful setting instead of neighboring buildings. It feels quiet and tucked away while still being an easy walk to the beach.
Walk down to Calafia Beach and the Beach Trail, then head about ½ mile north to T-Street, home to West Toast Café and some of the best boogie boarding in town. Or grab the free bikes from the garage and ride south toward Trestles or north toward the Pier and downtown.
Inside, you’ll find an open living area with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, fast WiFi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and garage parking.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
