Lobeiro 223 is our newest home: a quiet 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in south San Clemente with a peek-a-boo ocean view over protected coastal open space. Walk down to Calafia Beach and the beach trail, or take the free bikes from the garage toward T-Street, Trestles or the pier. From the owner-operated team behind our other San Clemente homes (4.99 stars across 4,000+ reviews).

One of our favorite features is the beautiful view over coastal open space—greenery, birds, and a wonderfully peaceful setting instead of neighboring buildings. It feels quiet and tucked away while still being an easy walk to the beach.

Walk down to Calafia Beach and the Beach Trail, then head about ½ mile north to T-Street, home to West Toast Café and some of the best boogie boarding in town. Or grab the free bikes from the garage and ride south toward Trestles or north toward the Pier and downtown.

Inside, you’ll find an open living area with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, fast WiFi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and driveway parking (bikes and beach gear are in the garage).

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
